Hello...

I feel as if I haven't written in forever! Someone that talks as much as I do (LOL), can really miss a chat here and there.

First, I want to say that on Thanksgiving, I cut the pie and it was perfect. You just don't know how much I've improved in my culinary arts effort. I haven't burned much since my last kitchen horrors. There was only one incident during Thanksgiving where the marshmallows on the yams were charred. But that was not completely my fault and all I had to do was scrape them off and start again. They were yummy! Hate to disappoint you, but this chick is not going to have many more stories for you if I keep this up. LOL

Secondly, Christmas is coming around and I just love the holidays. Unfortunately, it always seems that I am broke during the holidays, but that is probably because there is always so much to buy.

Thirdly, Anthony has advanced to his purple belt. His only goal is to get the trophy and the belt. If that is what it takes to keep his self-esteem and his confidence high, then I am all for that. From this, he has learned discipline and respect amongst other things. Moms usually have a hidden agenda. This was definitely a winning situation.

Fourthly (is that a word? I guess I could spell check...Yes, it is a word) and most importantly, God is good!!! I love God and He loves me.
